We provide help and support services to young Adults with learning difficulties and or sensory impairment in their own home.
We aim to promote and empower the individuals we work with to live independent lives. Often this support may be whilst in education or after leaving the family home and forms a solid foundation to empowerment.
We offer a supported living service to individuals in their own home. Service users can enjoy the freedom of their own space whilst in shared environment where considerations are made so care can be delivered to the highest quality without compromising independence.
